Starting over sounds like erasing everything and going back to zero. But that is not what God asks of you when a season ends. You are not starting over. You are beginning again, carrying everything He already taught you into what comes next.
“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing.” — Isaiah 43:18-19
01 You Are Beginning With Evidence
You are not walking into the new season empty. You have evidence. You have seen God provide, hold, and redeem before. Zero is not your starting point. Everything He has already done is.
02 Release the Old Measurements
The metrics that defined the last chapter may not fit this one. Let them go. Trying to measure a new calling by an old scoreboard will only make faithfulness feel like failure. Ask God what actually matters now.
03 Take the Next Visible Step
You do not need the whole staircase. You need the next visible step, taken in faith. Reinvention is not one dramatic leap. It is a series of small, obedient moves in a new direction.
Pray It Through
Lord, thank You that I am not starting from nothing. I carry everything You have taught me. Help me release the old measurements, trust the new thing You are doing, and take the next step even when I cannot see the whole way. I begin again with You. Amen.
